We at Maria-Bello.org, and all of Maria’s fans, would like to say a very big CONGRATULATIONS to the couple!!
Actress Maria Bello and boyfriend Bryn Mooser are engaged, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.
The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor star, 41, and Mooser announced their engagement in Bello’s hometown newspaper, The Norristown Times Herald, in Norristown, Pa, which said the couple “fell in love over a sheer passion of politics, Africa and cryptozoology.”
Bello told the New York Post’s Page Six Magazine she “was always anti-marriage. I didn’t understand monogamy. I couldn’t figure out how that could last. And then I met Bryn and I started to understand the beauty of constancy and history and change and going on the roller coaster with someone – of having a partner in life.”
Bello and Mooser, who the magazine described as a musician, artist and part-time waiter, have not set a date yet.

When it comes to saving the day, Maria Bello isn’t confined to her reel-life role in the upcoming “Mummy.” The actress recently became a real-life hero during a flight from Los Angeles to New York.
Bello was sitting in coach (yes, we were surprised by that as well) when 15 minutes after takeoff, passengers were alarmed by deafening screams coming from a woman who was suffering from a paranoid schizophrenic attack in the front section.

As expected, Maria attended the LA Premiere of The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor last night, and she looked gorgeous in a simple one-shouldered white dress and black gladiator-style heels. I think this might be one of my favourite Maria looks of all time  What do you think of her look? Post a comment!
I’ve added 47 pictures to the Gallery so far, including 30 HQs. More to come…

Maria and her The Mummy co-stars attended Comic Con yesterday, to promote the movie. Below are a couple of small articles about it (not many details in there … and I couldn’t find anything else), and I’ve only found one pic so far which I will add to the Gallery…

“It’s the only movie I don’t appear naked in.” — Maria Bello, describing her work in “The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.”

Interview with director Rob Cohen from IESB.net
IESB: And Maria Bello is saying you are looking at the next one.
RC: You know with Fast and Furious where the studio wanted to go is where they went, which was not my idea. With Triple X I had done two Vin movies in a row I really [pause then laughter from around table] … the thing here was I had been preparing a movie, as you know the 8th Voyage of Sinbad and when Stealth didn’t work Sony cancelled it. I had spent a lot of time, like eight months preparing Sin Bad. Keanu Reeves was going to star in it and Jet Li was going to play the villain so all my fantasies about a fantasy of China was thwarted and several years later when this came up, when they told me it was Mummy 3 I told my agent, “You’ve got to be kidding me. You aren’t really trying to say I should do that.” He goes, “You know you love China and that’s where it all takes place.” I went, “Send it over.” Once I realized what it was and what I could do with it I got really passionate and thought of it as a new beginning to the franchise as opposed to Egypt and here we go again. With Arnold and all that, it was a very different story.

Actress MARIA BELLO is pleased she flirted with a hunky waiter at a family birthday celebration – because he soon became her boyfriend.
The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor star was at a relative’s birthday party, when she spotted a restaurant staffmember who took her fancy.
And instead of gossiping about the hunk to friends, the determined star marched over and asked if he was single.
She tells New York gossip column Page Six, “I walked up and said, ‘Can you take this cake and put a candle in it? And by the way, do you have a girlfriend?’
“(And) from that night on, we’ve been together.”

I came across a trailer for Downloading Nancy the other day, and I’ve added screencaps from it to the Gallery. You can watch the trailer over at the official site – downloadingnancythemovie.com. This movie looks disturbing, and I’m intrigued to see it after reading the reviews at the official site…
“Maria Bello confirms that she is one of the most audacious and accomplished actors working today, and is so stunningly raw and brilliant in this film, that it is easy to forget that we are watching a piece that doesn’t attempt to gloss over Nancy’s tragic desperation.” – darkhorizons.com
“Downloading Nancy is one of the most well-acted, beautifully shot, well-directed films in the festival…” – aintitcool.com
