I’ll just come out and say it – this site is a mess! There’s so much that needs to be done to it, and so much to be ‘tidied up’, both behind the scenes and with what you see. So I’ve decided to practically re-do everything – you will notice that all the content pages are gone and the only pages left are the Gallery, the Filmography page, and our Affiliates. I’m going to work on the site ‘behind the scenes’ and ‘re-launch’ it, with a new layout, when things are more complete. I’m not sure how long this will take – especially as I’m having a few computer problems at the moment – but I’m starting on it now and will let you know how it’s all going!
I know I’ve been promising updates for ages now, and they will come. Things have just been crazy off-line for quite a while.
For now, stay tuned here for the latest news and such. And you can always email me (staff@maria-bello.org) with any questions, comments, contributions etc you may have, as well as post on the ChatBox on the sidebar

 Over 250 A-list guests joined Maria Bello at Niche Media’s Boston Common magazine’s Annual Nantucket Summer Lawn Party on Saturday, July 11th at the newly opened Great Harbor Yacht Club.
Actress Maria Bello, who is in Boston this summer filming the movies The Company Men and Grown Ups, was a vision in a long green summer dress as she and fiancé Bryn Mooser mingled with guests throughout the afternoon. The Boston Common magazine event, in partnership with the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, was sponsored by W Boston Hotel & Residences and welcomed a variety of guests who enjoyed the stunning views and general splendor of the summer day as they sipped special summer libations courtesy of Bacardi.
Notable Boston socialites in attendance included President of Otis & Ahearn Real Estate Kevin Ahearn, Kay and Peter Bernon, Chef Dante Dimagitris of Dante Restaurant in Cambridge, Former Governor candidate Deb Goldberg, Saucony Vice Chairman Charles Gottesman and wife Merrill, Nantucket hoteliers Jill and Steven Karp, Senator John Kerry’s daughter Vanessa Kerry and her fiancé, Boston Capital CEO Jack Manning, and real estate developer Arthur Winn, Simone Winston, Michael Winter, along with Boston Common Publisher Glen Kelley and Editor in Chief Janice O’Leary.
After the affair, Bello and Mooser enjoyed a private dinner hosted by O’Leary along with other VIPs at American Seasons Restaurant on Nantucket.

 Well this has come as a surprise! As I did a quick check for Maria news on Google today I discover that The Private Lives Of Pippa Lee is being released in the UK and Ireland today!! I know I’m behind on Maria news, but I barely know anything about this project, lol. I’ll try and do some research and add some information, trailers and more photos here later today. The Private Lives Of Pippa Lee premiered at the Edinburgh International Film Festival recently and a couple of reviews have popped up online. I’ll be looking for more, plus catching up on all film news asap.

Mrs Sean Penn stars as the title character, a woman who has just hit the big five-oh and who appears to be the perfect domestic goddess, a model wife, mother and dinner-party hostess.
She’s married to publisher Herb (Alan Arkin), who is 30 years her senior. But they appear to be in love and content.
